Waterproofing Technician

Description: Install and repair interior drain tile systems, sump pumps and basins, and exterior waterproofing membranes. Work in basements and crawl spaces alongside the crew, keeping the job site clean and safe.
Qualifications: Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in basements and crawl spaces. Able to lift and carry materials. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Experience in construction, concrete, or plumbing is a plus but we train the right people.

Description: Help install push piers and helical piers, steel beam bracing, wall anchors, and carbon fiber reinforcement. Handle excavation, concrete, and heavy materials while following the crew lead's direction.
Qualifications: Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor and basement work in all seasons. Able to operate hand and power tools safely. Construction or concrete background preferred. Dependable and team-oriented.

Description: Visit homeowners across our service area, inspect foundations and basements, diagnose the real problem, and prepare clear, honest written quotes. Be the face of the company from first call to signed estimate.
Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a genuine, no-pressure sales approach. Foundation, waterproofing, or construction knowledge strongly preferred. Clean driving record. Organized and comfortable explaining technical issues in plain language.
