We're a small, local crew — not a call center and not a national franchise. When you call New Berlin Foundation Repair, you're talking to people who live and work in New Berlin & Southeastern Wisconsin. The same people who answer the phone are the ones who show up to inspect your basement and do the repair.
Our approach is simple: show up on time, look carefully, explain what we find in plain language, and do the job right. We'd rather tell you a crack is nothing to worry about than sell you a repair you don't need — because a honest answer is what keeps neighbors calling us back.
